Shift Mind AI Labs Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Shift Mind AI Labs (“Platform”), available at www.shiftmind.io. By accessing and using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully; if you do not agree with them, you should not use the Platform.
“Shift Mind AI Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”:
Refers to the owners, operators, and affiliates of the Platform.
“Platform”:
The online service provided by Shift Mind AI Labs, which includes AI-powered tools, an online educational system, and blockchain-based reward mechanisms.
“User” or “you”:
Any individual, educational institution, teacher, or organization that accesses or uses the Platform.
“AI Characters”:
Discrete units of digital content generated by our AI tools, available at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 140.000 AI characters.
“USD Top-Up”:
A one-time payment made in U.S. Dollars (via approved payment methods such as credit card) to fund AI character generation and platform operations.
“Community Pool”:
A collective pool funded by a percentage of all USD Top-Ups. This pool supports overall AI service continuity and is used in our reward mechanism.
“Bonus AI Characters”:
Additional AI characters credited to Users as a reward for supporting the community with a Top-Up. These bonus credits remain available for personal use even during temporary suspensions of the AI tools.
“Points”:
An internal metric representing Users’ engagement with the Platform, calculated based on their AI character usage. These points are convertible to digital reward tokens.
“Tokens”:
Digital reward assets (e.g., ) distributed to Users upon conversion of Points. Tokens are automatically credited to your connected blockchain wallet and, once received, are under your control.
“Mother Wallet:
The secure wallet managed by Shift Mind AI Labs that holds funds allocated to the Community Pool and Reward Pool.
“Reward Pool”:
The portion of the total tokens held in the Mother Wallet that is dedicated to rewarding Users. This pool is replenished by a percentage of USD Top-Ups and is subject to dynamic adjustments based on community funding levels.
“Smart Contracts”:
Automated blockchain programs that execute various processes on the Platform, including fund conversion, reward calculation, and token distribution. The underlying algorithms and internal parameters are proprietary.
Eligibility:
By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age or, if you are under 16, that you have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent.
Educational institutions, teachers, and organizations must complete any additional verification as required by the Platform.
Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment, Top-Ups, and Service Provision
USD Top-Ups:
All payments to the Platform are made in USD.
There is no monthly subscription; the Platform is entirely funded through one‑time Top-Ups.
Service Access:
The Platform continuously monitors the available AI character pool. Should the available pool fall below a defined threshold, our AI services may be temporarily suspended until additional Top-Ups restore normal service levels.
Community Contribution and Bonus Mechanism
Community Top-Ups:
Every USD Top-Up adds value to the Community Pool, benefiting all Users by replenishing the overall pool of AI characters.
In addition, each Top-Up awards the contributing User a bonus credit of additional AI characters. These bonus AI characters serve as an extra incentive for supporting the community and remain available for you even when the Platform is temporarily locked due to high usage.
No Recurring Subscriptions:
The Platform does not operate on a subscription basis. All funding is provided via one-time Top-Up.
Points Accumulation:
You earn Points based on the volume of AI character usage. The more you use the Platform’s AI tools, the more Points you receive.
Your individual Points are calculated based on your usage relative to that of the entire community.
5.2 Conversion of Points into Tokens:
Points may be converted into digital reward Tokens (e.g., ETH) when you choose to redeem them.
A specific fraction of the total Tokens in our Mother Wallet is allocated as the Reward Pool.
Your proportionate share of these Tokens is determined by a dynamic conversion process, which factors in your Points, community engagement levels, and current liquidity conditions.
This conversion process is fully automated and executed via Smart Contracts, ensuring fairness and transparency in rewards
Token Distribution:
At the end of each reward period, Tokens are automatically distributed to your connected blockchain wallet.
Once Tokens are received in your wallet, you assume full control, including the ability to convert them using external tools or exchanges.
No Internal Conversion:
The Platform does not convert Tokens during withdrawal; it only bridges rewards to your external wallet.
Optionally, a nominal withdrawal fee may be applied to help sustain the community reward pool. Any such fee is reinvested in the Platform.
User Governance:
Active Users who contribute through Top-Ups and regular use of our AI tools may be eligible to participate in governance.
Voting and governance rights are determined based on your engagement and participation history. This ensures that decisions regarding Platform updates, reward adjustments, and sustainability measures are made by invested community members.
Proprietary Methods:
The algorithms, formulas, and internal mechanisms governing Points accumulation and Token conversion are proprietary to Shift Mind AI Labs.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, disclose, or use this proprietary information in any unauthorized manner.
Content Ownership: Any content generated through our AI tools is your property.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Any significant changes will be posted on the Platform or emailed, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Review:
We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed about changes.
